Consul/ San Francisco' where on arrival 2.11.81 handstruck 'DUE 12' in black and oval 'PAID ALL' in violet, Postage Dues 10c and 2c affixed and cancelled, minor blemishes otherwise a scarce example of 12c deficiency

    Great Britain: 1890 (15 Aug) registered cover (opened three sides) with embossed seal on reverse Office of Govt of S.A., Agent General for South Australia Frank lower left on front, bearing G.B. 1887-92 2d and 5d tied by oval Registered S.W.D.O. datestamp, addressed to a 'Miss Tomkinson' in Italy, various U.K. and Italian transits/arrival front and reverse. Rare Colonial Government abroad item

    Great Britain: 1900 1/- Green and Carmine and 1887-92 10d Dull Purple and Carmine tied to 1900 (19 Oct) registered cover from Henry Gaze & Sons, London, to 'A.H. Gaze/Pacific Islands Co Ltd', Sydney, sound and attractive for what has clearly been a heavy article. The 1/- very scarce on cover (cat 850); this may be the only usage on cover to the Australian Colonies
