Lot 112		Estimate: $2,500 Imperforate Plate Proof in Gold on Green surfaced paper, a marginal block of 4 from the top of the sheet, positions 4-5/14-15, one with re-entry, minor imperfections. A spectacular proof, ex J.S. White

Franked with complete 'set' of all contemporary values to 5/- including 5/- 'Coin' (Cat from £130 on cover - and only three examples believed to exist) and 12½d on 1/- DLR (Cat from £160 on cover and four or five examples believed to exist). A few blemishes mainly confined to rear though an unusual piece of colourful confectionery
