    1d Scarlet Perf 11x10 cancelled 'NSW' in concentric ovals, plus a used horizontal pair (wing margin) also Perf 11x10 cancelled ray type '193' (Ashfield) Insignificant toning on reverse though a scarce multiple and Perf 12 x 11 used horizontal pair from right of sheet showing line wmk cancelled Mungindi cds MR 9 1886, another scarce multiple. SG 223d/e Cat £480+ (5)

    2d Prussian Blue Perf 12, a 'narrow' stamp fine used cancelled 'NSW' in concentric ovals, Perf 12 x 10 fine horizontal pair cancelled numeral '35' (Goulburn) and Perf 12 x 11 centred to base, otherwise fine. SG 225b Cat £525+ (4)

    3d Yellow Green Perf 10, marginal example from right imperforate between stamp and margin and with wmk inverted, variety 'Double Impression'. Fine, cancelled by 1891 cds. A major printing error, formerly SG 226a which has been inexplicably deleted from the catalogue

    3d Yellow-green Perf 10, imperforate between stamp and trimmed right selvedge and wmk inverted, showing variety 'Double Impression', formerly SG 226a, indistinct cancel and a few shortish perfs at top and left. Positioning of the watermark shows this stamp to be from the same sheet as the previous lot. 2000 RPSV Certificate

Mostly large part o.g. some minor toning and perf faults on some but a useful group. SG 231/233 Cat £379 (10)

    8d Yellow Perf 11 used with 1d tied by Sydney 'N.S.W.' in concentric ovals duplexes to 1888 (12 Jan) envelope to Switzerland, endorsed 'Pr P. & O. steamer "Britannia" via Brindisi', and with Nebikon arrival backstamp (19 2 88). Attractive
