    1871 and 1882 Watermark Crown over NSW (I) and (II) 3d mint and used range, the mint including two pairs and singles (9), used with strip of 4 and block of 4, pair and singles (17), various shades and perforations, mostly fine (40)

    Perf 12x10 3d Yellow-green used with 1883 Wmk Crown over NSW (II) 6d tied by Sydney 'N.S.W.' in concentric ovals duplexes to 1886 (17 Nov) envelope (black flap missing) to Valparaiso, Chile. German Consulate blue seal on reverse, with Valparaiso arrival d.s. (17 MAR 87). A very scarce destination

    Perf 13 8d Yellow from top of sheet showing an additional diagonal line of perforations, neatly cancelled 'N.S.W.' in ovals. Small thin at top, otherwise fine and unusual

    Perf 13 8d Yellow vertical strip of 3 used with 2d DLR pair tied by Sydney roller cancels on 1877 (11 Apr) large (400 x 134mm) OHMS envelope (back flap missing) to The Crown Land Agent at Bathurst, with double oval 'REGISTERED/SYDNEY, N.S.W.' d.s. also tying 8d strip. The envelope is endorsed 'Packet No 2 contg 3 deeds/Deed Branch Sydney 10 April 1877'. The envelope with a central fold, and some faults, nevertheless a remarkable printed papers franking

    Perf 13 8d Yellow (from lower right corner with straight edges two sides) tied by Sydney 'N.S.W.' in concentric ovals duplex to 1878 (24 Apr) redirected envelope to Nantes, France, endorsed 'Via San Francisco'. With fine strike of scarce '1½d' accountancy mark in violet, and arrival d.s on reverse (12 JUIN 78). Envelope with some peripheral faults

    Perf 13 8d Yellow tied by Sydney 'N.S.W.' in concentric ovals duplex on 1878 (7 Nov) envelope to Berlin, endorsed 'Via San Francisco'. Handstruck '1½D' on face, and reverse with arrival D.S. (26 12 78). A very fine example of this scarce accountancy mark

    Perf 13 8d Yellow vertical pair tied by Sydney 'N.S.W.' in concentric ovals duplex to 1878 (31 Dec) envelope to Paris endorsed 'Via San Francisco'. Mss '3' accountancy mark for double rate letter routed via London, and with Paris arrival b.s. (17 FEVR 79). Envelope with some soiling

    Perf 13 8d Yellow vertical pair (straight edge at base) placed sideways and tied by Sydney 'N.S.W.' in concentric ovals duplex on 1879 (10 May) envelope to Scotland, endorsed 'Via Galle & Brindisi', with Langholm arrival b.s. (JU 28 79). Envelope roughly opened and with minor creasing

    Perf 13 8d Yellow tied by Sydney 'N.S.W.' in concentric circles on 1879 (30 Jul) envelope to London, endorsed 'via Brindisi'. Fine, ex Butler

    Perf 13 8d Yellow tied by '55' ray type numeral on 1879 (30 Aug) envelope from Newcastle to Ems (redirected to Eberswalde) Germany, endorsed 'via Galle'. Handstruck '1½D' accountancy handstamp on face, and with Newcastle, Sydney, Bad-Ems and Eberswalde (21 10 79) backstamps. Envelope with some foxing

    Perf 13 8d Yellow tied by '622' ray type numeral to 1879 (31 Oct) mourning envelope from Woollahra to London, forwarded to France with addition of G.B. 2½d rosy-mauve Plate 16 cancelled London '19' duplex. Envelope with peripheral faults and large tear at top

    Perf 13 8d Yellow vertical pair from lower left corner of sheet with straight edge at base, tied by Sydney 'N.S.W.' in concentric ovals duplexes on 1880 (8 Sep) envelope to Bordeaux, France, endorsed 'Per S.S. "City of Sydney" Via San Francisco'. Reverse sealed by attractive oval 'Advance Australia' seals. Peripheral faults, nevertheless very attractive

    Perf 13 8d Yellow tied by Sydney 'N.S.W.' in concentric ovals duplex on 1880 (7 Oct) envelope to Bordeaux, France, endorsed 'per S.S. "Australia" Via Sn. Francisco'. Handstruck '1½D' accountancy mark in violet on face, and with Bordeaux arrival backstamp (23 NOV 1880)
