    1899 Watermark Crown over NSW (II) Chalk-Surfaced Paper 1d Scarlet block of 4 from left side of right pane, the left-hand pair with error 'Imperforate Three Sides', lower units MUH, some gum toning and rust at top and bottom right (barely visible on face). SG 300a, cat £1100

    1902-03 Watermark Crown over NSW (III) Chalk-surfaced Paper 10d Violet used on 1904 (8 Mar) 3d registration envelope to Munich, Germany, cancelled 'REGISTERED/SYDNEY' cds, arrival ds in blue on reverse. Good solo usage of the 10d stamp for the quadruple U.P.U. foreign letter rate

    1905-10 Watermark Crown over A Perf 12 x 11½ 1d Rose-carmine left-hand pane of 60 with 'WAG' (W.A. Gullick), 'G.P.O./N.S.W.' and '1905' monograms, some perf separation at base of columns 2/3, mounted in selvedge only and very fine. SG 334, cat £165+

    1907 Watermark Crown over Double-lined A (inverted) emergency printing block of 4 from the top right corner of the left pane showing '1905' monogram, mounted in selvedge only. Inverted watermarks comprised only one-third of the printing, so marginal monograms are scarce. BW N19z (2004), cat AU$150+

    Stamp Duty: Sheet of 50 impressions of NSW Watermark on blued paper, folded through centre which affects ten units, selvedge slightly trimmed at base and with odd blemish, but scarce

    1910-11 uses of Official Post Card (Sydney Harbour Trust) with 1d Shield (2, one with constant gash upper right) punctured 'OS/NSW', to Compagnie des Messageries Maritimes, fine and scarce (2)

    1897-1901 Sydney Paid datestamps, earlier undenominated, later '1d' (printed matter), to Kogarah, and 1899 Governor Frank Stamp on Government House stationery (roughly opened) to Newtown (3)

    1905 (21 Dec) picture postcard (Native Crafts) to Parramatta franked Fiji KEVII 1d cancelled on arrival with Sydney cds and additionally struck with double oval 'SHIP LETTER/1D/LATE FEE' and 1d postage due (uncancelled) affixed. A few tone spots but a scarce late fee marking. Unusual
