    1897-1908 Figures in Four Corners selection comprising ½d, 1d (2), 2d (2), 2½d Rose, 2½d Purple on Blue (2), 3d (4), 4d (2), 5d (3), 6d (2), 1/- (3) and 2/-, with a good range of shades. Generally fine mint with some MUH (23)

    1897-1908 Figures in Four Corners 2½d Wmk. Crown over Q Perforated Colour Trials in Slate, Pale Violet-blue, Turquoise-green (2, shades), Yellow-orange, Claret, Deep Blue, Purple-brown and Pale Red on Blue; also 1895-96 Figures in Lower Corners 2½d Perforated Colour Trials in Pale Violet (wmkd) and Carmine on Blue (no wmk). Few small faults but generally fine, and a useful group (11)

    1903-05 Wmk V over Crown (inverted) 9d Brown and Ultramarine marginal pair (Plate 2, Nos. 6-7) from top of sheet mounted in selvedge only, and showing Types B and A duty plates se-tenant, gum slightly tone otherwise very fine. BW Q43c (2004) cat AU$100+, SG 265-6 cat £86+

    1906-10 Watermark Crown over Double-lined A 9d Pale Buff and Ultramarine horizontal pair showing the two types of duty plate (large and small 'QUEENSLAND') se-tenant, not mentioned in the 2004 Brusden-White catalogue. Fine mounted mint with large part OG

    1907-11 Watermark Crown over A Single-line Perf 12½,13 1d Vermilion used horizontal strip of 3 the last unit being 'Imperforate Horizontally', close at base but showing portion of the stamp above at top, cancelled Finch Hatton cds, 6 JAN 13. Perf defect at base between second and third units, otherwise fine and uncatalogued. SG 288 variety

    1907-11 Watermark Crown over A Perf 12½,13 2/6d Vermilion, 5/- Rose, 10/- Blackish-brown, £1 Bluish-green, 5/- no gum and with some minor staining, others part OG. SG 309-312, cat £622

    1884 (14 Apr) registered cover (small faults) from Greenmount to Toowoomba franked 1d x 8 tied by '291' Numeral, fine strikes, 'REGISTERED/GREENMOUNT' and unframed cds, backstamped 'T.P.O. S&WR/1'
