    Postal Note: 1918 Fourth Series - 5/- in Black, Red and Salmon inscribed at top in red 'QUEENSLAND/PAYABLE ONLY WITHIN THE COMMONWEALTH AND TERRITORY OF PAPUA' and at base 'T.S. HARRISON, COMMONWEALTH STAMP PRINTER.' in black. This we believe to be a new type issued between the 6th and 7th issues as the colour for most of the inscriptions would have been in Apple-Green as per Dave Elsmore type QPN71f, folding creases and minor bends, cancelled in Brisbane 19 Jun 19
