    (V335.1) 'CHIEF SECRETARY/FRANK STAMP': Fine strike in blue on 1870 (13 Jul) 'Public Library Museum, NATIONAL GALLERY OF VICTORIA' envelope (tiny tear and small adhesion), used Carlton to Kew; also (V340.2) 'CHIEF SECRETARY/VICTORIA' strike in red on 1874 (30 Apr) 'GOVERNMENT BOTANIST' envelope (early usage) (2)

    (V340.5): Strike in blue on OHMS 'MELBOURNE INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION, 1880' newspaper wrapper (a little discoloured) to Massachusetts, 1879 (24 Feb) Melbourne duplex, indistinct red circled 'PAID ALL' apparently applied in Melbourne as indication of payment

    (V340.4): Fair strike in blue on OHMS envelope (220x92mm, slight faults) pre-printed for 'OFFICES OF THE Commissioners for the Melbourne International Exhibition, 1880' and most unusually 'PRINTED MATTER ONLY' at upper left, opened each end and apparently used as a wrapper to Amsterdam (backstamp) in 1879 (14 Jan), no additional markings

    (V340.2): Fair strike in red on 1880 (25 Mar) Chief Secretary's Office envelope (215x96mm, 1cm tear, blue crest on flap for Head of Department) to Gand, Belgium, endorsed '1½' in red (accountancy mark?), Gand backstamp. Also strike in red on piece (2 items)
