    1920-23 2/- (12 x 2d George V) Black on Blue-green cover only without contents, the front showing the rate to America as 3d, and the back cover with revised rate for Parcels to the United Kingdom. As BW B22Ba and B22C, but an unrecorded colour for the cover. BW Cat (2003) for listed example is AU$5000 for complete booklet
