    1902 (6th Nov) stampless cover used at Perth bearing P11.8x11.50 1d Emerald BW D3 pair, circled \\\\\\\'T\\\\\\\', framed \\\\\\\'RECEIVED AT/G.P.O. WITHOUT/ CONTENTS.\\\\\\\' in violet, paying deficient postage at ½oz rate for unstamped item. Attractive and very early usage.
