Frank with early machine applied cancel, various Franks with 'DISTRICT OFFICER/NADROGA', c.1995 'FIJI MILITARY FORCES/OFFICIAL', two modern covers with spectacular missing colours, etc, little if no duplication, generally fine (74 items)

    Postal History: Early 1900s to 1937 selection including late use (1924) of 1896 1d (2) at Labasa, KEVII-franked postcards at ½d (2) and 1d (6), 1910 cover at double 2d rate to N.S.W. endorsed 'Per Canadian Mail', various compositions of 2d rate (14) mostly to Australia including 1d War Stamp pair and 1920 from NAISERELAGI (faint) to Vuna (two good arrivals), curious 1934 4½d rate to Australia, later with frankings of 1935 Jubilee 2d (3) and reg'd cover with 1½d pair, 2d and 3d, etc, also early 1900s inwards from France, Germany, Holland, N.S.W. (4 Official fronts - three reg'd), N.Z. and U.S. (1902 to a stamp dealer at Suva), condition varies, largely good commercial quality (41 items)

    Cancellations: Collection of cds's on covers (124, 19 registered) and pieces/off paper (100's), former from 80 different Post Offices, mostly 1960s commercial and philatelic, generally good strikes, latter loose in envelopes (mostly appear 1940s-1960s) amongst which was noted straight-lines (2), 'ELLINGTON/POSTAL AGENCY' rubber datestamp in violet (fine complete strikes of 1950 and 1951 - only years of use) on pieces, registration labels, etc, various slogan cancels (23) on covers including short-lived types.
