Lot 193		Estimate: $500 Realised Price : $420 1899 Wmk Crown over SA (close) Perf 13 ½d Yellow-Green, 1d Rosine, 2d Bright Violet and 2½d Indigo cancelled-to-order with ‘ADELAIDE/S.A.’ c.d.s for DE 22 99 and with additional ‘ULTRAMAR’ handstamp in blue (4) Between 1895 and 1910 U.P.U. specimen stamps sent to Lisbon for distribution to Portuguese Colonies were further handstamped ‘ULTRAMAR’ prior to despatch. These four stamps were distributed to the U.P.U. in c.t.o. form in February 1900
