Overall toning and some spots around perfs on some values, otherwise generally fine. Ex the Goa archive (16) Between 1895 and 1910 U.P.U. specimen stamps sent to Lisbon for distribution to Portuguese Colonies were further handstamped ‘ULTRAMAR’ prior to despatch

The five 6d’s on this page represent the complete quintuple distribution
