    Lot 1230
    Estimate: $1,500T Realised Price : $1,150

1915 (Jan) cover to Melbourne with 'OPENED BY CENSOR' tape at top bearing combination of 'G.R.I./1d' on 5pf Green (damaged) and Australia Kangaroo 2d punctured 'OS', tied by 'SYDNEY/16 JA 15' datestamp in transit, cachet of Methodist Mission on reverse, cover with faults and portion of flap missing. [This cover was probably carried on the 'S.S. A remarkable item
