    1937-49 10/- Robes optd 'SPECIMEN' used on cover to U.S.A. from St. Kilda (Vic), January 1951. Not accepted, crossed through with red crayon and endorsed 'Return to Sender Stamp not Valid for Postage'. Most unusual
