    1d Red Smooth and Rough Papers duplicated used collection of shades and plate varieties arranged in stockbook, apparently based on a collection assembled for sale by S. Orlo-Smith in 1949, some additional stamps added and many of the scarcer shades no longer present, shade classification not guaranteed, but largely correct. Most listed plate varieties present, including Die I Sub Cliché (G73) and Thin G x 2. Condition generally good to fine, and a good basis for expansion (384 stamps)
