Centered to top left (as are all known examples), and with portion of lower left corner missing and skilfully repaired. The purpose of this proof is unknown. Only five examples are recorded, of which a strip of 3 is in the A.A. Vickery collection in the Powerhouse Museum in Sydney. This example is the damaged copy referenced in the BW catalogue.
