Lot 1153		1918 (7 Mar) use of 1d 'Star' postal stationery envelope cancelled 'HOCHKIRCH/MR7/18/VICTORIA' unframed cds. Renamed Tarrington from Hochkirch on 1.3.1918, and the only recorded example of use of the Hochkirch cds after the name change. (During World War I, many Germanic place names were anglicised or otherwise altered)
