Ex Ginger, Napier, Griffiths and Jaffé. Cat £10000 Six examples were prepared at the request of Ormond Hill in 1861, and presented to colleagues, including his uncle, Rowland Hill. Four examples of the 1d have been recorded from the vertical block of six, of which this is No. 1; No. 4 is in the Royal Philatelic Collection
