    1934-42 'TIN CAN MAIL' covers very useful accumulation comprising outwards (135) and inwards (6) arranged in cover album in year order, with 1934 (11) including straight-line 'NIUAFOOU' (3, one with enclosed note from W.G. Quensell - backstamped Pago Pago), and two cancelled at Honolulu with handstamped 'Paquebot', 1935 (17, one signed Quensell), 1936 (18), 1937 (43), 1938 (31, two registered with labels, another signed Quensell), noted 'S.S.KATOOMBA' handstamp, 1939 (15, eleven registered - mss. handstamped or label), 1940 to Norway (censor handstamp - signed Quensell and Hilsning), and 1942 (4), mostly to Australia or N.Z., others to Fiji (2), Hong Kong (unusual), UK (5), US (4) and inwards from Australia (3, registered "Inwarb" error), one with Customs label endorsed 'Trinkets and Curios', some with faults as to be expected, generally average/good condition, also four related items including photos of swimmers, etc, (145+ items)
