B STAFFORD BIRD.' (Postmaster General of Tasmania), additional manuscript message on inner leaf 'With J H Gordon's Compliments' (President of this Conference and Minister for Education in South Australia). Slight imperfections to cover, with contents in very fine condition

Possibly an unique destination
