    1½d Rose-red collection of plate dot blocks and imprints, with Plate 1 plate dot block of 4 and pairs (2), and Ash imprint block of 4; Plate 2 plate dot block of 4 and singles (2), and Ash imprint blocks of 4 (2, one with second line of imprint trimmed); Plate 3 plate dot block of 4 and single, Ash imprint strip of 4 and strip of 4 from bottom right corner of sheet; and Plate 4 plate dot block of 4 and pair, Mullett imprint block of 4 and Ash imprint strip of 6. Large part OG and many stamps MUH, but most pieces with variable degrees of toning and/or tone spots, though appearance generally good (55)

    1½d Rose-red 'Void Corner' variety (2L59) in two Ash imprint (N over N) setting strips of 4, and two bottom marginal singles, all part OG with tone spots on some units, one imprint strip with some perf separation and L60 with defective top right corner (10)

    1½d Rose-red Ash imprint blocks of 12 (2) from Plate 4 showing Type B re-entry on 4L47 ('Duplication of Shading Behind Kangaroo') and 4L53 with Type A second re-entry, both blocks large part OG with some perf separation, one with 4R43 damaged. Also used varieties with 4L47 Type B re-entry (perf 14), 4R53 original flaw (broken crown top) perf 14 and perf 13½x 12½ (3), and Type A second re-entry (perf 13½ x 12½), and 4R55 ('ST' joined) perf 14 and perf 13½ x 12½ (punctured OS).     1½d Red-brown with diagonal 'SPECIMEN' handstamp (18 x 2.75mm) as used for display frames of current postage stamps at the G.P.O. Melbourne. No gum, but rare with only three or four examples recorded. BW No. 93x (this example with black handstamp rather than the listed violet), cat AU$1500

    4½d Violet Die II block of 4 CTO with 'G.P.O./MELBOURNE' datestamp, 24 MR (year blocked out). Superb full OG and unmounted, a scarce multiple

    4½d Violet Die II CTO block of 4 from right of sheet with full selvedge, CTO with 'G.P.O./MELBOURNE' datestamp 24 MR (year blocked out), no gum otherwise fine and a scarce multiple
