    Africa: Cover range comprising Kenya 1933 reg'd airmail Naivasha to Canada bearing 5c, 20c pair and 50c; Mozambique 1933 Beira to London with seven adhesives and bilingual airmail vignette; Senegal 1905 reg'd Dakar to France bearing 25c and 15c; Togo 1898 PPC Lome to Germany bearing 10pf 'Togo' on German adhesive, 1915 reg'd Lome to Grand Popo bearing KGV 1/-, 6d and 3d, censored; Zanzibar 1937 to N.Z. bearing 6c solo franking (6). Interesting group with various transit and backstamps

    British Antarctic Territory 1963-2000 collection on hagners, issues to 1971 mounted, 1973 onwards appears unmounted, mostly fine (few 100)

    Two cartons containing accumulation of both foreign and British Commonwealth mostly 1920s to date both mint and used on leaves in envelopes and stockbooks inc modern USA and GB plus a few accessories and volume entitled 'The Commonwealth Collection' in binder and slipcase (printed album) (few thousand)

    Large accumulation of British Commonwealth in nine stockbooks, comprising heavily duplicated issues of mostly lower denominations up to 1970s, strength in British Africa and Australasia but most countries with some representation. Mixed condition (10,000s)

     

    Lot 6
    Estimate: $175 Realised Price : $140

    British Commonwealth: Selection of Malayan States 1949 UPU sets for Malacca, Penang, Perak and Selangor in corner blocks of six or four (Malacca with Plate No.), last three with imprint, also Falkland Is Dependencies 1949 Wedding set in blocks of four, 1/- with imprint. Fresh unmounted (96)

    Central and South America: Large accumulation in seven stockbooks, sheet files, loose pages and shoebox comprising heavily duplicated issues from late 19th century to 1970s, mostly lower denominations, including range of sheets of mint multiples. All counties represented with most quantity in Brazil, Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Cuba etc. Mixed condition, some mint material adhered. Heavy, buyer to remove (10,000s)

    Cinderellas: Selection of 'De Landre' 1914 propaganda labels for French, Italian, and Spanish patriotic types, also Red Cross types (2), all in imperf pairs, 1917 Red Cross 1d+1d labels for Montserrat imperf (5, incl pair) and perf (2) (total 18)

     

    Lot 9
    Estimate: $100 Realised Price : $75

    Used and mint collection in springback binder plus a few hagners, strength in Italy including 1870 postage dues to 10L used, 1933 airs (incomplete strips), Cape of Good Hope Revenues to £5, Greece mint selection and various KGVI and early QEII British Empire including Hong Kong 1946 $1 Victory with extra stroke used. Cat £65 (few 100)

     

    Lot 10

    Mint and used accumulation in four Scott 'peg' albums sparsely filled with a mixture of mainly 20th century issues. Strength in mint French Colonial Africa (100s)

    Great Britain: Selection of 1985-91 presentation folders prepared by Harrison & Sons Limited, each containing a set of commemorative stamps (44)

    Samoa collection 1877-1971 on leaves/hagners, Express mainly forgeries or reprints, Palm Trees to 2/6 (2) and surcharges (few used), also mint/unused blocks of the 1886-1900 issues, GRI 2½d no fraction bar, 1914-28 Postal Fiscals to £1, 1920 Victory, Arms 1932 2/6, 5/- and 10/-, 1935-42 to £1, 1945-53 to 10/- and 30/-, 1955 to £2, later issues largely complete ex $4 Bird. Mixed condition

    Accumulation in albums, shoebox plus a small bag of commercial mail, the majority used, but includes 1937 KGVI Coronation complete on pages mint (toning), extensive range of Australia PPC and postal cards, a few turn of the century examples from overseas addressed to Australia, mixed condition

    All world accumulation in box with printed album, volume of world blocks of four, volume of 'stamps on stamps', miscellaneous material in packets in shoebox and box of world covers (mainly Australia). Condition very mixed (1000s)

    World accumulation in springback binders (2), stockcards, album, on circuit sheets and loose in envelopes. Strength in GB, USA, Canada South America & France and French Colonies etc from mid 20th century (hundreds)

    c.1966-90 used selection loose in bags with much on fragment emphasis on Australia especially in the 1980s but noted Thailand, Italy, Spain and Indonesia. Mixed condition (few 1000)
