    1935 (29 May) commercial cover Wau to Australia with typewritten 'Port Moresby Airmail' bearing Undated Bird Air 1½d and 3d, mss. 'TAX 9d' over-scored, redirected from Vienna upon arrival and backstamped. Scarce internal air mail service item to foreign destination

    1937-59 cover range on leaves to or from New Zealand or addressed locally (incl registered and air mail) cancelled Lae cds, range of rates and frankings incl surcharges, one inwards from Auckland with three Relief No. 6 backstamps, also 1955 (4 May) registered Sohano to Buin and a 1955 (7 Mar) air mail cover to NZ with PNG 3d (2) and 3½d used in Solomon Islands.     1943 (20 Apr) US censored cover to Sydney cancelled with 'APO/503' datestamp then in use at Oro Bay with original letter included, showing the extreme form of censorship by scissor cuts removing sensitive information. [Oro Bay was heavily bombed 6 days earlier]
