    1915-33 KGV Surface printed ½d Booklet panes on De La Rue paper (2, one with selvedge four sides, one only three sides though with sheet number), Cowan paper panes (2) with advertisements for 'Kodak' (selvedge four sides), 'Parisian' (selvedge three sides), also three pairs with side bars on plain (used), Kodak (mint, thinned) and Dainties used.
