Lot 847		Estimate: $200 1935 cover-fragment originating in Liverpool (G.B.) carried aboard the ill-fated 'City of Khartoum' which crashed at Alexandria 31 December, with Sydney G.P.O. explanatory memo dated 17 January 1936, the whole once contained in 'ambulance' cover (Sydney Jan 21 1936 cds). Lot 848		Estimate: $100 1968 (7 Apr) use of G.B. 9d air letter to New Zealand (Golfing/sailing slogan cancel), carried on BOAC Boeing which crashed the following day at Heathrow, bearing handstamped 'SALVAGED FROM AIRCRAFT/ACCIDENT LONDON 8-4-68' in green, AAMC 1622a
