    1911 2/- containing South Australia Wmk. Crown over A 12 x ½d Green (one officially added) and 18 x 1d Rosine, Red on Pink cover with Red-brown on White printing inside. Some staining on covers, contents fine. BW B6(S)B variety, cat AU$7500

    1911 2/- containing Victoria Wmk Crown over A 12 x ½d Green Perf 12½ and Wmk Crown over A Thin Paper 18 x 1d Rose, Red on Pale Pink cover with Purple on Grey printing inside (unlisted variety), few minor blemishes by generally fine and rare. BW B6(VC)B variety, cat AU$6000

    1911 2/- containing Victoria Wmk Crown over A 12 x ½d Green Perf 12½ and Wmk Crown over A Thin Paper 18 x 1d Rose, Red on Pale Pink cover with Green on Yellow printing inside showing original text on outside back cover, fine. However, the ½d stamps are without gum and must therefore be considered not original. BW B6(V)C, cat AU$6000

    1920-23 2/- (12 x 2d Red KGV Single Wmk) Black on Rose and Black on Orange covers, each with revised text, the first with three stamps remaining, and the second with two stamps remaining. Both covers with a few marks, nevertheless very rare despite incomplete contents. BW B25D, E, cat AU$11,000 (2)

    Estimate: $6,000 Realised Price : $4,600

    1920 £1 (120 x 2d Orange KGV) Black on Pale Green proof of cover showing revised text on back cover ('Continued' removed after 'TO ALL PLACES IN THE BRITISH EMPIRE' and reference to Via Brindisi or Naples removed from 'Parcels to the United Kingdom'. Superb with no staple holes and unrecorded in the BW catalogue, which notes that this cover is only recorded from the Reserve Bank Archives. BW B26B proof, unique in private hands

    Estimate: $6,000 Realised Price : $4,800

    1920-23 £1 (120 x 2d) Black on Brown Card cover showing a revised setting of the front cover text (4d rate to America) and revised rate on back cover for parcels to U.K. (1/4d). There are no contents but one selvedge strip remains in place. This cover is considered to be an essay or proof that was never used, the front cover text being reset for subsequent printings. Fine and unique. BW B27(E), cat AU$20,000

    1927-28 2/3d Green on Pale Green cover without 'COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA' at top, containing only a block of 4 stamps (1½d Small Multiple Wmk Perf 14), cover with spotting and various manuscript endorsements. Very few recorded. BW B33, cat AU$5000

    1927-28 2/3d Green on Pale Green cover with 'COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA' at top, containing pane of 6 and pair only (1½d Small Multiple Wmk Perf 14), back cover with minor tone spots, very scarce. BW B34, cat AU$2500 for complete booklet

    1927-30 £1 (180 x 1½d Red Die II KGV, Small Multiple Wmk, Perf 13½ x 12½) Green on Pale Green cover and with original setting of text on inside and back covers, content comprises six gutter blocks of 20, one block lacking four stamps. Front cover defaced by manuscript ink cross and notation. Very fine and extremely rare in this near-complete condition. BW B37AS, cat AU$12500

    1992-1994 $4.50 Threatened Species Booklets with security tabs, a collection comprising Original Printing Types 4 and 25, First Reprint Types 4 and 18, Third Reprint Types 3, 4, 5 and 21, Fourth Reprint Types 2, 3, 4, 13, 21 and 26, and Fifth Reprint Types 4 and 26. These security tabs were used for a short period in 1992-93 and are scarce, only very limited stocks being retained by collectors.     1992-1995 $2 Wetlands and Waterways folder small group showing the security tabs affixed to the folders in 1992-93, comprising Original Printing Types 4 and 25, First Reprint Types 18, 21 and 26 (latter unlisted), and Second Reprint Type 25. These are scarce as only small stocks were acquired by collectors, BW cat AU$180 (6)

These security tabs were in use for a short period in 1992-93 and only limited stocks were purchased by collectors. The Brusden-White catalogue states that the barcodes were discontinued late in 1993 so all these later booklets are unlisted. A finer and very scarce group (32)
