Subsequently unable to be delivered, and various instructional markings added front and back, including boxed 'PLEASE ADVISE SENDER THAT/LETTERS SHOULD BE PREPAID/1½D FOR EACH HALF OUNCE', eventually arriving at Wellington Dead Letter Office 13 NO 38.
