    1915 (24 Jun) colourful patriotic postcard ('FLAGS UNFURLED FOR GLORIOUS FREEDOM') addressed to Adelaide with '3RD LIGHT HORSE/A.I.F./FIELD POST OFFICE' cds, and boxed 'PASSED BY/crown/No. 761/CENSOR in red. The writer says 'I lost a lot of blood from a bullet would in the head' and 'I am now Acting Commander of the Brigade as the Brigadier is away ill.' The 3rd Light Horse Brigade landed in Gallipoli on 16 May. Very fine and ex Emery
