1936 (4 Mar) airmail cover from Iraq to Coogee (NSW) franked 33 fils, underpaid with 'T' in circle and mss '165c', converted on arrival to 1/4½d. collected using 1922-30 Third Wmk 6d Carmine and Bright Yellow-green pair and 1931-37 C of A Wmk ½d and 2d pair, all manuscript cancelled. Minor tears along top of cover, a very fine mixed issue postage due franking
