    1920 (6 Feb) cover front from Melbourne to Bendigo franked KGV 1d and 1½d pair, sent at printed matter rate but with boxed 'CLOSED AGAINST/INSPECTION' and so treated as an ordinary letter. With 'T' in oval and manuscript '7d' (double 3½d eficiency), and 1909-10 Thick Paper 6d and 1913-21 Thin Paper 1d Perf 14 affixed and tied by manuscript indelible pencil. Vertical and horizontal folds, the latter affecting KGV adhesives. The 6d very scarce on cover, rated AU$200 by BW
